Oblivion Shivering Isles is one big dlc, it has unique creatures, a brand new area split in half by mania and dementia with one crazy daedric prince known as Sheogorath. The quests are also pretty funny or unique considering nearly everyone here has completely lost it. Overall a pretty solid dlc and I'm glad so many people recommended it.
