John Carpenter – Halloween (1978) – Theme [Extended & Remastered by Gilles Nuytens]

John Carpenter - Halloween (1978) - Theme [Extended & Remastered by Gilles Nuytens] This is an extended version of the famous theme of the original « Halloween » movie (1978) by John Carpenter. This is the original music, not a remix and there is no "loop" at all here. This one was strangely very complicated to extend. The reason was that there was so many variations of this theme on the soundtrack. At first listening, they sounded all the same but... actually they were not. All tracks had a different tempo and sonority. Sometimes subtle, but different enough to make your ears notice it when you put the files together. And then there was this... the original soundtrack from 1985 was completely different from the 20th Anniversary Edition. It didn't sound at all the same (The original had more "beat")! Putting parts from 1985's CD with 1998's CD was impossible. So, putting all of this together without noticing the splices was tricky. But I finally did it and it's not too bad I think. I did many versions before finally being satisfied with this one (I didn't use the 20th Anniversary Edition, it didn't match with the rest). I published several versions before removing them. I hope this is the last one, haha! Anyway, enjoy. I also remastered it, making it much more powerful.
