I first started filming on my iPhone X as I wanted a really low barrier to entry, I wanted to just start THEN analyze, implement and improve along the way. I watched videos like “how to shoot videos on an iPhone”, “how to edit videos”, and it became a really enjoyable hobby that I learned over time and could share a “finished product” with others. Secondarily, it caused me to examine that previously when someone asked me what my hobbies were, I’d mentioned hiking, yet it wasn’t something I did regularly... it challenged me to actively put effort into this thing that was my so-called favorite hobby, and it’s been a great so far.
