CONTACT HELPLINE NUMBER on the instant alert message: • The assistant will let you know about the details - whether the account is active [they will not be able to reverse the money] or not; • If it’s an active id, you will have to contact your bank, who will ask you to send a formal mail to initiate the process • If the money has not been withdrawn, the amount will be put on hold so that the person cannot withdraw the money • After seeking consent from the receiver, the central bank will process the refund.
