How to improve your rhythm and intonation in English

Many English learners speak English like a robot, no rhythm, no intonation or music. Voice pitch's often flat and monotone, which makes it hard for the listener to process what is said and to keep focused. When I teach pronunciation, I use many techniques to help the English learners to go up and down with their voice pitch. The English rhythm is very important for fluent English. To speak English with proper rhythm, the learner has to understand the syllabic structure and the idea of stress. To improve English intonation, learners must learn and practice changing the voice pitch emphasizing only the key words in a sentence. That might be very difficult for some learners, but if you practice hard, you should be fine.
