Group Dynamics final project

Just finished this for my group dynamics class. It is a metaphor for how strangers come together and then become a coherent group and co-regulate each other, then eventually go their separate ways again. It is based on Tuckman's stages of forming, storming, norming, performing, and adjourning. I chose feathers to represent the resources and resiliency each person brings to a group. The blue cliff at the beginning is meant to represent the iciness of strangers (think of a glacier) and jumping off the cliff, and then leading one another back onto a cliff (this time warm because of the bonding) is a representation of the Hollander Curve. The spinning spiral is the trauma vortex that happens when a group starts to really work. All of the images are watercolor paintings by me. There are some issues with the animation, but I think it will do for the final project for the class. :-) The music is by Bliss.
