To prove your enrolment in a degree-granting program, your spouse or partner must provide documents such as a valid letter of acceptance, proof of enrolment letter, or transcripts from your current program. Additional documents may be required to prove your relationship. If your spouse or partner applied for an open work permit before March 19, 2024, or is applying to extend their existing permit, they must meet specific requirements related to your study permit and eligibility for a post-graduation work permit.
