This is a LEGO Moving Minifig Machine Module of the attractions "Roller Coaster" and "Loop the Loop" from the video game "Theme Park" by Bullfrog Productions. With all of the great LEGO roller coasters there are on Youtube, I wanted to create something unique. It has taken me half a year to get from the initial idea to what you see at the end of this video. The roller coaster is powered by a LEGO Spike Prime hub running python using Pybricks. It uses a sensor from LEGO Boost to show when it can be activated (green light) and is activated by waving in front of the sensor. Two distance sensors from WeDo 2.0 are used to detect the trains.
