This is a RARE AND ORIGINAL UK UNRELEASED DEMO ONLY PUBLISHING ACETATE - F. D. & H. MUSIC / EMIDISC - SINGLE SIDED ACETATE PRESSING - PSYCH / MOD - UNRELEASED DEMO ACETATE by CHRISTOPHER NEIL from 1968/9, ORIGINAL UK UNRELEASED DEMO ACETATE PRESSING !!! This is a RARE, GREAT - PSYCH / MOD - UNRELEASED DEMO ACETATE single !!! This is a F. D. & H. MUSIC PUBLISHING ACETATE for an AMAZING - UNRELEASED TRACK by CHRISTOPHER NEIL !!! This is an AMAZING PIECE OF PSYCH / MOD that should have been released, here is where it gets confusing, the original title which was “HAPPY HEAD” is crossed out and written instead is a new title “WHAT DO I CARE”, now, CHRISTOPHER NEIL's first single release on POLYDOR RECORDS was called “Happy Head” but this is a different and much superior song, although some of the lyrics are the same, the music is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT !!! What happeded I am not sure but this is obviously an earlier version from around 1968 or 1969 that got rejected until the re-written and re-recorded version came out in 1970. This ACETATE came from the F. D. & H. MUSIC PUBLISHING (OR : FRANCIS DAY & HUNTER MUSIC to give it it’s full name) library which I bought !!! The track is called “What Do I Care” (Happy Head).
