Welcome to this astral projection guided meditation, designed to help you rest in the void state – a realm of pure potential, limitless and expansive, also used for reality shifting. I will first guide you to a state of mind awake body asleep using yoga nidra (also known as non sleep deep rest or NSDR). ** This is a remake of a previous video - this version is set to the sound of beach waves (nature sounds) and is slightly longer ** Once you're in this state of deep conscious relaxation, you will guided into the void state and as you surrender to the silence and vastness of the void, you may journey into an out-of-body experience (OBE or OOBE), rest in pure consciousness, or find yourself in deep, restful sleep. ---- Astral Projection Guided Meditation | The Void State Method This astral travel guided meditation uses the yoga nidra method Rosalie learned on Ally Boothroyd's Transformational Sleep course. Rosalie's voice will fall away after about 22 minutes of guidance, allowing you to immerse yourself in whatever experience you are having - whether it's deep relaxation, a full out-of body experience or deep sleep. The astral projection guided meditation can also be used as a sleep meditation as Rosalie’s voice will not bring you back and you are free to drift in a state of deep sleep.
