As you hear the soothing body scan in this guided meditation you will progressively feel that you can let go of overthinking and any negative thoughts. You can relax both your mind and body as you scan your way through each area. The thunderstorm and the rain on a window sounds will help calm your mind and bring a sense of grounding to the present moment. I recorded this storm in the middle of the night when I was awoken with a clap of thunder so I got my camera out and here is what you see in this video.
