Boxing is an amazing activity that, IF done right, helps to not only maintain, but improves youthfulness. It encourages athleticism, creativity, focus, good reflexes, tactical, and strategic thinking. In this video, I talk about why I chose boxing over other popular martial arts like muay thai or BJJ. Throwing in some form of martial arts in conjunction with daily physical training using kettlebells and bodyweight exercises will help to complete your overall fitness routine. Watch until the end to see me get knocked down a couple of times! Don't worry - I fell down on my knees mostly because of exhaustion and less so because of the punch. When you've gone several rounds in sparring, it's so exhausting that it's difficult to even stand and keep your hands up. So even light punches will make you just want to take a knee for a few seconds. _____________ TRY my FREE 3-DAY/WEEK FULL BODY ROUTINE: • 3 Day Workout Plan With Kettlebells a... _____________ Connect with me!
