Today I share with you the Bread Mixer I bought from online last week. I used it for 5 times to make my milk toast and mantou, so far it never disappointed me . I also bought one for my parent in China,now it just save lots of time and effort if they want to make mantou from scrach! It's very good for elderly! Highlight ❤️Super easy to use ❤️ Light Weight - 2 kg only ❤️ Big Capacity - 3.5L ❤️ Low noise than other mixer I use ❤️ Timer indicator ：Good for reminds me the proof time as I always forget ❤️ Kneading and proofing feature 2 in 1, which is you don’t have to take it out and proof in a wet and right temperature ! This is perfect!!!! ❤️ Good value of money as it cost it around $100 included delivery fee , compare to other mixer at the market…..I found it’s really a good deal! Cons: ❤ I bought from Taobao, so obviously it doesn’t come with warranty when you use it locally. ❤😔 It can only use for kneading and proofing , if you are looking for a cream mixer also, it is not available. PS. Recipe for the Toast 1 egg 270g Bread Flour 90g Water 3g Salt 50g Sugar 3g Yeast 25g Butter I will say it very good value for money if you are looking for a get started kit for your home baking !
