Or unions! Maybe you’ve been in the situation where you didn’t know which workers collective to join. Or maybe you’re an employer who has had to negotiate with striking employees time and time again. They are basically all the same except they have different coloured hats. From the outside, the difference from one union to another can seem trite or non-existent. But you only need to speak to a union leader to learn that their group bargaining is better than the other guy’s group bargaining! If you’re feeling confused, relax. That’s normal!
