I’m going to walk you through the fundamentals that will bring your backhand to the next level! What are advantages and disadvantages of having a single-handed backhand? Which technique is the best? When you’re learning tennis, either as a kid or an adult, it’s not easy to have the strength and coordination to execute this effectively.
