You'd be forgiven for not know what the 2025 Mazda CX-70 is yet. Yep, the Japanese semi-premium brand has been releasing new SUV models at an alarming rate, and its latest quartet is so closely related that they blend together a little too easily. But the CX-70 attempts to stand out from its siblings by being the sportiest-looking large family car, albeit with 'only' five seats. The CX-70 also offers more interior space than the pioneering CX-60 mid-size SUV, owing to its increased dimensions, although the two otherwise have a lot in common. These similarities extend to what's under the bonnet, with 3.3-litre turbocharged inline six-cylinder engines available in both petrol and diesel forms.
