Vegan sour cream recipe in 1 minute | EASY | NO nuts, NO fat. Thick & creamy! How to make vegan sour cream dip, takes 1 minute and is the easiest, fastest recipe. A mix of sour cream & chive and french onion dip. It's nut free, oil free & dairy free, but is still extremely creamy. It is almost completely fat free, just choose a low fat soy yogurt as your ingredient. Dried herbs work best as they help to thicken the dip. Quick to make & Keeps in the fridge for 5 days. Goes well with burgers, fries, chips, bread, vegetables etc. Ingredients: 400g low fat soy yogurt 2tsp garlic powder 3tsp dried chives 3tbsp dried shallots (could use dried onion) juice from 1½ lemons 2tsp maple syrup (could use sugar) salt to taste fresh chive (garnish) Measurements don't have to be exact, you can add more or less of each ingredient to suit your preference.
