Today I'm Forging SHARP Golden KUNAI out of Rusty BOLT, it was challenging to forge a bolt into shape of Kunai but I made it and I hope you will enjoy the video and give it thumbs up. Forging the shape of kunai took me 3 days also I don't have power hammer so I did all the forging using hand hammering. o. After hammering I used grinder and belt sander for rough grinding and give a shape according to template. o. Rotary cutter helped me to remove iron and made space for brass casting. o. I used wax to make a mold for handle then cast it into brass. o. After that i used grinder and belt sander to make blade bevel and different grits of sand papers to sharpen blade. o. I did hand filing to remove extra brass form handle and used sand paper to shine it.
