And now let's get right into the review. One last thing though is I have reviewed a lot of website hosting companies. And I mean a lot I've reviewed over 90 by now and coming on close to 100. And obviously, because I'm an influencer, I get special access. And I get to test all the features and create a comprehensive list of the best website hosting platforms for you. And now let's go ahead and jump straight into the name cheaper view. Now name cheap, obviously from the name is a website domain seller. So essentially, they sell website domains for people to use and reroute to their own hosting companies. But one thing they also do is offer their own hosting plans in case you just want to use the domains on namecheap.com. Now they sell domains very cheaply. And for domains. They are a very good company. But the question remains is if name cheap is good for website hosting as well. So that's what I'm looking into today. In this video, I'm going to go ahead and cover the pros and cons of named cheeps hosting and then tell you if I recommend using name cheap as a hosting platform. Now one of the biggest pros of name cheap is that their starter plan lets you host up to three domain names. What this means is instead of the normal starter plans on most websites where you will only be able to host one website on that starter plan name cheap lets you host multiple websites on the same plan. Now the downside of course, being that if your website takes up enough resources, you don't really need three websites on one plan, it would probably be better and serve your website better to just have one website per plan or one website. And then when you need more upgrade your plan. But for those of you who want multiple websites, which probably have very little traffic directed to those websites, Namecheap is great for that that's what name cheap will allow you to do with this extra feature. Now they also offer incredibly cheap prices for their website host which is one benefit of name cheap. However, that does lead into the first of my cons, which is the fact that their pricing is problematic. Now let me explain a lot of website hosts cheap ones like hosting or provide stellar performance, along with their very cheap pricing leading Of course to them becoming the industry standard for website hosting. And one of the best website hosting companies in 2022. Name cheap, however, doesn't quite appear to have mastered this skill of remaining cheap and high quality on their plans. Their managed WordPress plans are extremely underpowered with not enough features to really go around. And overall their shared hosting has very poor performance. This of course essentially negates the very cheap prices which they offered for because if you're offering cheap prices, but for a horrible plan, you might as well just buy slightly more expensive and actually get a plan worth using. Another problem with Namecheap is that their customer support is known to be rather inconsistent, which means you're not really guaranteed to be getting a very helpful support. Anytime you contact name cheap, you might just end up with them requiring you to submit a ticket and then just leave it there instead of actually walking you through your problem. And the final con i want to mention about name cheap and a pretty big one for me is they lack a lot of advanced, crucial features. When it comes to website hosting.
