Jacket from Hotline Miami has returned to PAYDAY in PAYDAY 3! Jacket is my favorite character in PAYDAY 2 and I think he has some of the best and memorable voice lines in PAYDAY 2. I'm so happy to see him return in PAYDAY 3 now with new voice lines which are all fantastic! The voice lines for him are dramatically different and yet they still fit very well! Jacket still uses the tape recorder for his voice lines but it seems Jacket has moved on from using language learning tapes to various different ones. My favorite is the ones from the guy that says "BE GONE DEMON!" I think those are the best! Thank you for all the hard work Starbreeze and bringing the chicken man back to us! Need new glasses?
