The Chicago Bears have a direction of what they want to do with their new stadium, according to Bears CEO & President Kevin Warren. According to Warren, the Bears have finalized their list to Arlington Heights and Downtown Chicago on the current Museum campus. Warren has mentioned before Rockford, Naperville, and other large Chicago suburbs with land as potential spots, but has now confirmed there is only two spots left. The Bears bought the site of the former Arlington Racetrack back in 2023 for over $150 million dollars, right before Kevin Warren became the team president. Ted Phillips, former Bears CEO, was the leader of buying the land. Since, Warren has taken it over, where the team has demolished the grandstand and made it an open area. Warren told reporters that they’re looking at all options between the two, especially newly elected Arlington Heights mayor Jim Tinaglia, who won the mayor vote on 4/1/25 at 55.31%. During his campaign, he spoke highly on doing what’s right for Arlington Heights, especially when it came to The Chicago Bears potentially moving to his town.
