Join us for a stroll through the magical Fairy Glen on the Isle of Skye! Located in the north of Skye, near the village of Uig, lies the whimsical and enchanting Fairy Glen. The glen can be reached by a 30 minute walk from Uig or a short drive along the narrow country road. There is a small car park with limited spaces available. The quirky miniature landscape with it's cone-shaped hills and moss-covered trees has an otherworldly feel straight from a fairytale and is a peaceful place to visit. You can even see local sheep grazing on and around the hills. From a distance, the basalt rock formation looks like a ruined castle, known as Castle Ewan. If visiting the glen, please respect the natural formations and don't take anything or leave anything behind.
