ANOTHER GREAT HIKE WITH A DISAPOINTING ENDING (and an almost defeated Aisling)

Our final big Mountain Range before we finish the trail takes us through the Biokovo Mountains. This challenge nearly got the better of Aisling, but like the trouper she is, she pushed on through! We spent the hike up the mountain super excited to reach the top where we discovered that there was a glass floored sky bridge that arches out over the mountains edge. This is really what kept us going the whole time, but once we reached the sky bridge we very quickly realised that the bridge was closed and we were not able to access it. Disappointed would be an understatement! But it's not all bad, luckily we managed to hitch a lift down part of the mountain to avoid the rain yet again.
