In 2012 Françoise initiated Hontoy Communication, a company dedicated to enabling change and fostering development. She is a certified Process Communication Coach and Trainer. Prior to this, she worked as an IT specialist for multinational businesses with 20 years of experience in project and change management for teams. As JCI Luxembourg National President she launched the contest Creative Young Entrepreneur Luxembourg. She continues to volunteer within Junior Chamber International (JCI) in Luxembourg and throughout the world providing numerous training hours. What is there in courage that makes us thrive to achieve our dreams? And why might we let them go? In this talk, Françoise describes how dreams, fears and courage connect and explores in her own story how courage needs fears. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
