The police can't be this cute. Qingyi, the second member of NEPS released has quite the interesting kit. She has almost constant electric attacks combined with a high daze multiplier, which makes her really good at quickly stunning enemies. Compared to the previous stun characters we have, her talent also allows her to gain attack based on her impact, which is pretty neat that she both supports the team through stuns and can dish out decent damage, though not as much as a dedicated attacker of course. Player her made my wrist hurt based on how many times you have to click the mouse button lol, but she's pretty fun and I believe having another stun character is just really good.
