Tatra Truck Production Line - Tatra Factory at Czech Republic

The second-oldest vehicle manufacturer in the world got its start in 1850, when Kopivnice was still officially known as Nesselsdorf and ambitious businessman Ignác Ustala, also known as Ignatz Schustala to the government, was producing carriages and sofas. Franz Joseph and Austria-Hungary were in power at the time. Vienna, incidentally, was crucial to the establishment of the business that eventually became TATRA. Ignatz Schustala & Comp, founded in 1858, was capitalized by local financiers the Guttmans brothers in 1891, and it became Nesselsdorfer Wagenbau Fabriks Gesellschaft. Ignác Ustala did not survive to see this financial operation since he passed away from a heart attack. Hugo Fischer von Röslerstamm, a longtime Nesselsdorf attorney, assumed control of the top position in the new business. He started off as a railroad inspector, and under his direction, the company's railroad wagon output soared. Even Mr. Ustala's sons, who had previously held prominent positions in the factory, did not take part in the creation of the business's production plan for cutting-edge technological advancements. In 1895 and 1896, they decided to start a new firm, afterwards known as Vagónka Studénka, to protest the management practices of the joint-stock company by selling their shares (under price, incidentally). The TATRA 138, whose evolution led to the T 148 version range, was another legend that first hit the roads in 1959 (the first prototype was constructed in 1956). A brand-new, later-updated eight-cylinder engine, a synchronized TATRA-Synchro transmission, inter-axle differentials, a modern cab and interior design, as well as several other technological and design advancements helped TATRA become a very competitive vehicle manufacturer during this time. At that time, 53 nations on five continents received heavy TATRA truck exports. The T 813 8x8 Kolos, the first four-axle TATRA, was equipped with a twelve-cylinder, self-designed air-cooled diesel engine and a transmission that allowed it to use an unmatched up to twenty forward gears and four reverse gears at the end of the 1960s. This design was previously unheard of and was a cab-over-engine vehicle. The model ranges were combined and a T 815 with a COE cab was released in 1982 following a closed batch of 100,000 T 148s. A variant with an engine built to the EURO 2 criteria is the product of its development. The Trambus T 815 series is crucial for the development of TATRA vehicles since a choice to further develop a directly air-cooled V8 engine with supercharging and an intake air cooler for the Euro 0 to Euro 5 emissions standards was made during its construction. With only a few minor design modifications, the engine's previous 177 kW and 850 N.m. of torque were increased to its present 325 kW and 2100 N.m. ‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾ Other videos • Nissan Batteries Production Line :    • Nissan Batteries Production Line - Ni...   • Hyundai HD78 Truck Production Line :    • Hyundai HD78 Truck Production Line - ...   • Carbon Fiber Parts Production Line :    • Carbon Fiber Parts Production Line   • Luxury Yacht Production Line :    • Luxury Yacht Production Line - How Th...   • IVECO DAILY Production Line :    • IVECO DAILY Production Line - Inside ...   ______________________________________________________________________ Thank you for watching, Stay tuned for another video.
