Radio Nasha celebrates 50 musical years of the movie ‘Julie’ with its real hero & that’s the music director Rajesh Roshan in conversation with RJ Divya Solgama. Rajesh Roshan shares some unheard trivia’s related to how he got this film followed by the entire comparison with the success of Bobby followed by the creation of the first song – Bhool Gaya Sab Kuch. He also shared about his Lata Mangeshkar added her charm and sang Love You for the first time in the song ‘ Julie I Love You’. Rajesh Roshan shared how Lata ji thanked him for being part of this film and the entire story related to the making of the song ‘Yeh Raatein’, where initially Lata ji had refused to sing. He later spoke about how lyricist Anand Bakshi wrote ‘Dil Kya Kare’ song and how Kishore Kumar copied Rajesh’s style and added softness in this song and made it immortal. He also shared the success related to the film Julie and peoples reaction in cinema hall. Rajesh Roshan also spoke about the first hit English song in Hindi film – My Heart Is Bleating sung by Preeti Sagar. He later spoke about how Julie won best music director award over films such as Sholay and Aandhi. Lastly, he spoke about how he cannot re create the music of Julie and his views over the remix versions of Dil Kya Kare.
