To perform a factory reset on your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw, please follow these steps: 1. Turn off the printer by pressing the power button. 2. Press and hold the lower right hand corner of the touchscreen. 3. While holding the corner of the touchscreen, turn on the printer by pressing the power button. 4. Continue to hold the corner of the touchscreen until the "Permanent Storage Init" message appears. 5. Release the corner of the touchscreen, and the printer will perform a factory reset. Note: This process will erase all user settings, including network settings, and restore the printer to its original factory settings. After the reset, you will need to set up the printer again, including configuring the network settings if necessary.
