In MD yea, obviosuly they're cracked, because bleed funny Bloody Mist, outisde of MD they're still extremely good, Outis especially inflicts a LOT of bleed count for her S2, 5 count with a simple enough conditions is amazing. PM was drunk when making Yi Sang's S2 tho, why did they make it a 38 rolling skill... bro... His S3 is still better IMO, 1 more coin and has a damage multiplier. They work just as well outside bleed teams too, the reuses on their S2 only need negative statuses, anything can work, just using Hexnail once guarantees the reuses: pierce fragile, nails, curse, envy fragile, 4 negative statuses already.
