The Irish World was at the launch of The Irish Film Festival London 2023 on Wednesday 15 November for a special screening of One Night in Millstreet. One Night in Millstreet is a documentary that tells the story of how, in 1995, Steve Collins beat Chris Eubank to become WBO Super middleweight champion of the world. Steve Collins was at the special screening and we grabbed a word with him. He spoke about the special time in his life that is depicted in the film, how lucky he was to get the fight and what made him the champion that he was. Chris chatted to David Hennessy.
