Description: Italiansupercarvideo and me filmed this 1995 - 1996 Volvo 850 BTCC saloon ex Rydell at the Modena racetrack. In the video you can see the racecar in action on the circuit: fly bys on the straight, curves, downshift, acceleration, fast driving, and more. Listen to the pure sound of the engine from the exterior and the interior of the car. Awesome on board scenes with different angles and multicam, sound from the front (suction), the rear (exhaust) and the cockpit. The car features a 5-cylinder 2.0-liter engine with more than 290 hp and 6-speed sequential gearbox. The 1995 BTCC season was much better than 1994 with the estate car: Rydell took several pole positions and won four races, he was a title contender that year but unfortunately didn’t win the title. In 1996 Rickard Rydell took 5 pole positions and won 4 races, which delivered him a thirth place in the final standings (194 points). Burt finished 11th in the final standings (66 points) and won one race. TWR/Volvo 850 Racing managed to finish third in the Constructors Championship. 1996 was the final year for the 850 Racing car. It was replaced by the Volvo S40 (S40R) in 1997.
