You must watch it till the end. Because today I am going to mention all those things, which are very effective for our sugar level. And also affect our health. Generally, if we talk, what is our main food is wheat, in North India most people eat wheat and there are South Indians who eat this rice in West Bengal, Assam. First let us analyze wheat. First of all we will talk about glycemic load or glycemic index. If we talk about the glycemic load, then it tells us how much our glucose level will increase in the blood after eating the food. The glycemic index tells how fast that glucose level will rise in the blood. The glycemic level of wheat is 52. Its glycemic index is that 17. If we take 100 grams of wheat latte or wheat flour, then at most 4 rotis are made and from this 4 roti we get sugar in the blood. That is 52 grams, if we are eating roti 3 times in the whole day, if we are eating 2-2 rotis. So the 78 grams that we have in the blood in our whole day becomes glucose. You must have also seen in my first video that only 1 teaspoon of glucose gives a reading of 100 mg / dl in our blood. You believe this, if you are eating 6 rotis, then where will the sugar level reach. It was about the glycemic load or glycemic index of wheat. Now if we analyze its nutrition, about 70% carbohydrates are in wheat and the remaining 12 percent are proteins. and contains 10 percent fiber. But I would like to reveal that there is a protein in wheat which we call gluten which causes inflammation in our body because it is very acidic. We all know that the primary root cause of diabetes is inflammation in the body and acidic substances that increase inflammation. This gluten which is in wheat indirectly increases insulin resistance in our body and makes the work of pancreas more difficult. Not only insulin resistance, the ability to digest gluten in our body is very less, it also reduces our digestive power. Now you will think that if not roti then we can eat rice. So about rice, I will tell you in the next video. Goodbye until then.
