Simon Cowell refuses to confirm David Walliams’ return to Britain’s Got Talent judging panel amid the comedian being embroiled in scandal. Walliams is facing a backlash for making derogatory remarks about the show’s contestants that have come to light in a leaked transcript. One of these comments include him calling an elderly performer a “c***” three times during filming in 2020 after the man walked off stage. And when asked if the best-selling children’s author and Little Britain TV comedy star will be back on Britain’s Got Talent in 2023, he said a decision is yet to be made. Cowell will appear as a Judge on America's Got Talent: All-Stars, premiering in January. The new series will see 60 Got Talent fan favorites competing for the prized title of All-Star. On what to expect, Cowell tells People, "One of the things I said was, 'If you can't get the big names, there's no point in making the show.' And when they told me a couple of the names, I thought, 'This is gonna be brilliant'...From where we've started to where we are now, the quality of the Acts is, at times, honestly breathtaking, and just to see how they've progressed.
