Do this before January:    • How to Backup Your YouTube Data 😅 | V...   Back up your YouTube channel data. ~-~~-~~~-~~-~ Make sure your videos are fully optimized before and after they're uploaded to YouTube with this FREE upload checklist: http://bit.ly/19AVXmq Once you’ve downloaded the file you can open it with Microsoft Excel. You’ll be prompted to enable macros for the advanced features of the checklist to work. Once enabled you’ll begin on the video data tab where you can begin entering in your video’s title and description. On the right you’ll be able to see how many characters you have remaining. We’ve also included a mini checklist for your videos description. You can than enter your video’s tags on the keyword tags tab. We put a button here, but you can use the menu on the left or the tabs on the bottom. You’ve got options! Enter your keywords based on their category. You can also keep track of each keyword’s character count and total number of keywords. Now when you navigate back to the Video Data tab you’ll see that your keywords are in the correct order and separated by commas. When your video is ready to upload you can these buttons to copy your information to the clipboard for pasting into YouTube. You can then navigate to the Launch Checklist tab to keep track of your pre and post launch activities. Clicking on a checklist item will automatically add a date stamp and you have a section to add any additional note you like. You can save a copy of the checklist for every video you’re working on, and it comes in handy when working with larger teams for copy approval or if multiple people are responsible for different parts of the upload process.
