8 HOUR WFH POMODORO | Work From Home with me | Brown Noise ☕️💻

This is a pomodoro flow designed to fit into an 8 hour workday, to help you activate hyperfocus and be productive as you work from home (WFH)! The pomodoro intervals in this video vary in length. We will start out with shorter intervals as we ease into the workday, then slowly work our way up to 50 minute intervals around midday. We'll take a long (lunch) break mid day, and then continue with varied length intervals in the afternoon before we eventually wind down at the end of the day. There will be brown noise in the background during focus intervals to help you focus and block out any background noise, reducing distractions. Wishing you a productive work from home day!!!
