How to Write Content Textbroker Clients Will Love

Need a few tips to write content Textbroker clients will love? Here are the steps I take to reduce how often I do revisions and increase my satisfaction rating. Of course, this may be different according to your own experiences. All I can do is tell you how I succeed on Textbroker. The rest is up to your own skills as a freelance writer. In this video, I cover: 1. Be Mindful of Paragraph Length One of the things you need to keep in mind is avoiding a wall of text. Keep paragraphs to two to three sentences long at the very most. 2. Don't Use Excessive Jargon Not everyone will have a thesaurus on hand to translate your work. In fact, the average Internet user reads at about an eight-grade reading level. This means you want to have a good readability score. I use Yoast SEO in WordPress to measure the Flesch Reading Ease. Here are a couple of free tools you can use... Online-Utility.org: https://www.online-utility.org/englis... WebFX.com: https://www.webfx.com/tools/read-able... 3. Break Up Sections with Headings Break up prominent sections of the content with headings and subheadings. You can do this by using the header command in HTML. It makes the content easier to read for those who skim through to find specific parts. A good resource to use is W3Schools.com: https://www.w3schools.com/html/html_h... 4. Always Link to Cite Sources When you're citing facts, add a link to where you pulled the data. Citing sources helps solidify authority. And the more authoritative you make a client look, the happier he or she is going to be with your content. 5. Add Personality to Content Personality goes along with excessive jargon. Most people want to read content they can connect with, and adding some kind of personality helps inspire this connection. Try to add some flair to the job without it making it seem like filler content. 6. Don't Add Filler to Reach Word Totals Some of you might be tempted to add filler or "fluff" to reach a certain word count. Not only will you get tagged for this by the editors, but you'll also show the client you're not serious about writing content. Filler, or fluff, is when you add what words you can to reach the number of words in Textbroker. 7. Don't Be Afraid of Bullet Points Bullet points are among some of the most effective forms of content on the Internet. And because of this, clients often love them in the orders you submit. But if you can list something that is relevant to the topic, consider using bullet points to break the list down. 8. Keep in Mind Client Requirements Not all of these methods are going to work for every client. Some will have strict guidelines you'll have to follow. Always bear in mind what the client wants and then structure the piece around it. #FreelanceWriting #WritingFromHome #TextbrokerTips ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For more information, visit: https://writersanctuary.com Read Some of My Work at Wattpad: https://www.wattpad.com/user/MichaelB...
