This app helps evaluate 1,350 LLM Judge scores across different tiny model completions, implementing agreement/disagreement functionality and comment tracking for qualitative analysis. The video demonstrates 7 incremental development iterations: Starting with basic CSV loading and data display Adding data classes and custom formatting Implementing navigation (previous/forward buttons) Developing agreement/disagreement scoring functionality Integrating automatic progression to speed up evaluation Adding comment boxes with auto-save Each iteration focuses on getting something working correctly before moving forward. The final version features two-way persistence, immediate navigation after scoring, and comment persistence for later analysis using Claude.
