This free demo software called Freesker can program up a spare NFC card for starting the car as well as calibrate the doggy windows so they work again with 'California mode'. Some other useful bits in it as well like s/w version checks, Tbox reset and a read of some DTC codes as well. Could be useful for your Fisker Ocean car. The demo is free. The interface dongle that plugs into the OBD2 port and uses bluetooth to connect to your laptop, MAC or Windows, can be bought for under £20 or about $25, if you shop around and wait longer for delivery Orr get quick for a few quid/dollars more on Amazon. Shown working in this video with a Chrome web browser on a MacBook Pro. On my car the programming of an NFC card did work, I had to do it twice but it then worked fine. It also got my 'doggy (doggie) windows' working again in 'California Mode' - the one button all windows & roof opening feature. I didn't think I needed a TBox reset, but ran it anyhow, with lots of dongs going off! I wasn't expecting the SOS call button to do anything as I didn't think I had any mobile connection (new owner in UK, no Fisker account) and to my surprise it did work. That was after the TBox reset.
