This video will help you release any and all energy that is not serving your highest good. I also use techniques to break up blockages and stagnant energy in your body and aura. We begin with plucking negative energy from your aura, releasing it harmlessly into the Earth. We also reach deep within, extracting stuck energy within the body to be alchemized and released. We then move onto cord cutting, helping you let go and sever ties to toxic people and anyone who is holding you back! Then, we do some aura sweeps with selenite, releasing nervous and anxious energy to restore balance and calm. We also use a small rain stick, shaking loose stubborn stuck energy and stress, as you feel the gentle tingles of the beads massaging your nervous system. We close the session with our heart opening singing bowl, releasing any lingering negativity or disharmony with one clear, loving tone. This session is a great one to save and watch at least once a week, or when you are feeling especially bogged down with stress, depression or nervous energy.
