Her are some tips to give you the BEST chances of 1v3ing any squad in Apex Legends off spawn. This also goes for later in the game, but this video explains what a proper landing and 1v3 looks like, 5 great tips to help you win any fight you take! This is an Apex Legends Tutorial for beginners and also intermediate players, i hope you all enjoy! 1. don't challenge until you have heals ( at least two clips of ammo, bonus if you spot some armor swaps) if you land on a bot and get the loot first thats fine, but running at another enemy in a different building without knowing where his team is or what he has could be dangerous, especially if you dont have armor or a good weapon yourself. be a bit patient, play for decent weapons. 2. try to play off your teammates contact. Play good positioning, lurk a bit, jiggle peak corners, find out where the enemies are. If they engage your teammates first, play off their damage, let the enemies get a bit focused on them and then position yourself to be able to beam them then duck back into cover when they spot you and try to shoot back 3. try to break the enemy team up if they are challenging you. take them to a building with doors, multiple levels, and armor swaps if possible. play for 1v1s, try to get them to split up and single out ones to take on. you can even try to rotate them back to your teammates for a little bit of extra help. Don't reely heavily on random teammates, the odds are that they wont do more than 200 damage per fight, so use them as a distraction when youre fighing the enemies. 4. play patient. Look for the enemy team to make mistakes like running out in the open, peeking wide, or even listen for potential close healing or reviving. catching them off guard means that you could potentially get free shots or a free knock. dont overcommit, try to back up and play cover as much as possible. if you get cracked they will likely try to challenge and chase you, so make sure to try to back up and keep distance when you get cracked, enough to get to a door and pop a bat or hop down some stairs, turn a corner and pop a bat 5.be confident in your decision making, try not to hesitate too much when deciding whether or not to challenge, whether or not you should be taking heals, or whether or not you should be running from a certain fight. split decision making saves time, gives the enemy teams less time to close in on you, and could potentially win you a fight based on how fast you react!
