Many large employers interview more potential apprentices and graduates than they need to recruit. In this webinar, NMIS Manufacturing Skills Academy (MSA) will explore how apprentices and graduates could be connected to the manufacturing supply chain as ‘pre-approved candidates,’ to help bridge the current skills gap.
